Family

Over the summer, we traveled to Long Island, Ohio (twice), Indianapolis, Baltimore, Meadville, and various places in New Jersey. We were in at least six states in less than 100 days.

Kendra and I celebrated our 20th anniversary by taking a trip to Hocking Hills State Park in southern Ohio. We stayed in a cabin for three days and did a lot of hiking.

Aiden attended the LIFE Conference in Indianapolis, IN. LIFE is a nationwide youth conference of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Nearly 5,000 teenagers attended LIFE. You can watch a short video recap of LIFE that features Aiden and a few other kids from our church below. Aiden also had his first summer job mowing the church lawn and doing some cleaning around the building. Finally, Aiden has just started 10th grade.

Emma started attending our church youth group over the Summer and seems to really enjoy it. Emma is now in sixth grade and is ALMOST taller than her mom.

Josiah served as a ring bearer in a wedding. He did a great job! He also completed kindergarten and is now in first grade.

Finally, we got a cat! Her name is Luna.

Pray that our family will be Christ-centered and that our home will be a safe, nurturing environment.

True Vine Church Community

True Vine has seen many new faces recently. Each new person contributes in some small way to the church's atmosphere and environment. Our attendance is up 24% from this time last year. We’ve had nearly 100 first-time visitors so far this year. We’ve added 14 new members and baptized six people in 2025.

Pray for continued growth, health, and stability. We’ve taken several aggressive steps to expand our impact recently, and now we want to sustain all of that progress.
